According to the report of the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, during his visit to Ghom province, attending the opening ceremony of the information technology exchange event in the field of Islamic science and culture, one of the necessities for the development of artificial intelligence technology and the country's mastery of this technology said.

Artificial intelligence is one of the serious priorities in the development of transformational and ground-breaking technologies, and continued: ground-breaking technologies are those technologies whose emergence and development will change the previous structures and change the future path of technologies. Artificial intelligence is also considered one of these transformative technologies that the Vice-Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy follows the development of this technology and the country's technological dominance in this field through the creation of a national hub or laboratory.

Referring to the formation of this technology development infrastructure in the field of artificial intelligence with national dimensions in the coming months, the head of the National Elites Foundation added: These centers are equipped with suitable facilities for researchers to develop technologies, including artificial intelligence, and a platform for the presence of prominent people and Technology, experiments, research and technological activities will become common.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy stated that the most important scientific, technological and economic priority in the country is definitely artificial intelligence and said: "Definitely, the movement and development of artificial intelligence in terms of science and technology is one of the serious programs for the vice presidency of science.

Dehghani stated that the Vice-Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, in addition to artificial intelligence, creates infrastructure or hubs for transformational technologies in 5 other technological fields, adding: these infrastructures also include the fields of cognitive sciences, advanced materials, biotechnology, microelectronics, etc. are also formed.

He emphasized: We are confident that the best development method is to create this national infrastructure in which all actors of the innovation ecosystem are defined. Therefore, all planning for technological development and mastery is followed in national dimensions.

Dehghani, emphasizing the country's technological dominance in the field of artificial intelligence and moving beyond and more visionary than the mere use of this technology, stated: Artificial intelligence as a generative and productive technology with the same process that develops until less than a decade from now, thinking about the role and in less than five years even advanced and industrial designs will be done by artificial intelligence. Therefore, at the same time as it gives us an external capability, it will deprive us of an internal capability, that is, thinking. In order not to be subject to this technology, we must take serious steps towards the development and mastery of this technology.

It should be noted that visiting the achievements of the Ghom Innovation Factory, opening the Shahid Fakhrizadeh Technology Building in the Science and Technology Park of the province, and meeting and talking with established technology activists are among Dehghani's plans for today's trip to Ghom province.
